Stafford Street Dunedin - another vintage miniature

Well, its taking a long time: these works are tiny and take many hours with a brush that is about the size of a toothpick ... I have started another set of 4 miniature vintage street paintings. This time all of the buildings are along Stafford Street in Dunedin. Here is the 1st completed painting.

I've never tried miniature painting. Is it more difficult to work that small? That would be about 4X4 inches in US measurement. That is very small.

Its reeeeaallly difficult....takes about 12 hours to do one that size. I was going to stop doing them but people love them! So....there I am, sitting painting with a toothpick...
